Mediterranean Cruise

Hawaii, CA – USA trip of a lifetime
This is the second trip Lisa has arranged to assist travel with my elderly & mobility impaired parents. Her care and expertise has been fundamental in our safety and comfort to get to bucket-list places well off the beaten track. We could not have achieved these milestone trips for my parents without her expert guidance, care and irreplaceable responsiveness. I cannot recommend Lisa enough. She makes the impossible possible! And we are so grateful.

Bunnik Tour of Southern Italy, Sicily and Malta.
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was well paced. There was a good balance between excursions and free time. The accommodation was very good especially the stay in the Trulli and Sassi in Puglia. The local guides were very knowledgeable and made the visits to historic sites very interesting. We learned a lot about the food and produce of the different regions we visited especially the pizza making, lunches and dinners. The ferry crossings were well organised by the tour director and were very pleasant. So many amazing experiences that will stay in my memory. Sicily and Malta did not disappoint. The tour had it all. History, beautiful scenery, culinary delights, magical experiences.

UK Trip
Lisa recently helped us organise our 5-week UK holiday. She assisted us with booking airfares, accommodation, itinerary planning, recommendations for tours, as well as assisting with any other information we needed. Antarctica and South America
Having just completed six weeks in Antarctica and South America, we could not have had such a seamless experience without the exceptional service and personalised attention provided by Lisa at Travel Managers. Lisa’s expert knowledge and strong communication throughout not only the booking process but during our time away contributed to a a memorable holiday. Everything went smoothly throughout the entire time and we knew Lisa was close at hand should we require assistance including the time our late check in to our accommodation needed to be confirmed following a delayed flight. New Zealand Memory Trip
Had a great recent trip to New Zealand, Lisa was so patient with our lack of plans and especially the assistance in organizing for assistance at the airport, it saved allot of time as one of our party wouldn’t of survived all the walking. All went so swiftly and made for a more relaxed travel experience. Lisa was prompt at answering all our questions and alleviating our worries about travelling with elderly parents. Thanks again Lisa

Best travel manager
Lisa is amazing, incredible attention to detail, she always offers choices with respect to flights/accommodation/rail etc which offer different pricing to match your budget. We have used her services multiple times and each time every detail is considered and factored in. Highly recommended!

Lisa made our holiday stress free
I contacted Lisa to help organise our 1st trip to Fiji. I had ideas of what I wanted to do but wasn’t sure how to coordinate it all. Her experience and knowledge of the resorts and areas were invaluable. We had an amazing time away and I was able to contact her whenever I needed to through the mobile app which I needed to do Easter Sunday. I have recommend Lisa many times since we’ve returned and will be using her services to organise our next family overseas adventure.

Awesome Support
Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and delightful to deal with. In our case, as a full-time carer, it was invaluable to know that you have the support of a trustworthy travel consultant if anything were to happen to your loved one while you’re travelling. The best France trip!
We spent a month travelling around France and it was fantastic! Why was it fantastic? Because of Lisa! Because Lisa is fantastic! :-)We knew where we wanted to go, but that was about it. Lisa found amazing accommodation, great hire car deals, and the best connecting train trips for us. She was exceptional.Throughout the planning of the trip, Lisa kept in touch with us regularly via email, phone, and even in-person meetings. We always felt our trip was coming together well. Cruising and Sightseeing
Our dream holiday was amazing and we are very thankful to Lisa for the flight, accommodation and cruise ship arrangements she made for us.We stayed in Paris for 6 nights and then cruised with Viking on their Mediterranean Odyssey itinerary for 13 nights.All flight bookings were perfectly synchronised and any changes en-route to flight times and departure gates were advised by the Travel Managers App. The App was very useful as all details of our trip were recorded thereon and negated the need to carry lots of paperwork.The advice Lisa gave us regarding our flights and accommodation proved to be totally reliable and greatly contributed to our overall enjoyment of our trouble-free holiday.

A big thank you to Lisa for helping us create an amazing holiday! We couldn’t have done it without you. Lisa helped us book two different itineraries between three people which is a massive job within itself. Lisa always had it under control, even with multiple emails flying in and out. Lisa really does put her customers needs first and was always readily available by phone or email. Even when we missed our connecting flight, Lisa was straight onto it to help us figure out our options of what we could do. Around the world in 80 days made easy!
I used Lisa to plan a solo 3 month around the world trip. I had a draft itinerary and she helped troubleshoot tour dates and flight availabilities to ensure I would visit every place cost effectively. Lisa booked most of my trip including flights, tours, accommodation and train passes. She made payments simple and clear, with no hidden fees. Lisa sends a hard copy of all your documents in a fantastic travel document folder. This made planning easy and stress free. Family members were glad to see every day of my 80+ day trip had been accounted for! Lisa always replied to my emails in a timely and informative manner, including when travelling. I had an issue with a train in Italy, and she solved it as soon as she started her working day. It was reassuring knowing I had someone who knew exactly where I should be at all times. Lisa also reached out when I returned home.I will be contacting Lisa again to plan my next trip and I highly recommend her services for anyone planning a holiday!

For me there is a one-stop-shop when it comes to travel – Lisa Metzl. Her knowledge of how to get you where you want to go with a minimum of fuss and at the cheapest price never fails to impress me.
