Melbourne Cup Cruise

We could not be more pleased with our recent holiday on the Carnival Splendour from Sydney to Melbourne and then attending the Melbourne Cup. The co-ordination by Courteney was exemplary particularly as we were in a group of 12. Her communication and attention to detail was faultless and every traveller was happy and the holiday was stress free! Everything was smooth, clean and went according to plan. Thank you, Courteney, for making this holiday memorable. For many of us this was a bucket list moment and feedback from all the travellers was positive and complimentary.

Awesome Holiday

Courteney did an awesome job in organising our seven-week holiday. We toured the Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, New York areas, Boston to Quebec and back cruise, Honolulu to Sydney cruise. Sensational Experience with Travel by Courteney

Courteney’s friendly and professional service, from our initial contact through to our return home from an amazing holiday, far exceeded our expectations. She customised our family holiday to perfectly suit our needs. Travelling as a group of 11, including 4 young children had the potential to be complicated but Courteney arranged everything, allowing us to just relax and enjoy. The accommodation she recommended was perfect – location, facilities & service. All transfers were included in the package which made the travelling that much easier. Exemplary Service

Courteney did a wonderful job of organising our family holiday to the Cook Islands. We all had a fabulous time and the accommodation and activities she arranged were perfect. When things went pear shaped with Jetstar, Courteney was there to help despite facing her own travel issues.

Japan 2025

Our trip to Japan was meticulously planned by Courteney, with special attention to keeping to the budget! Whenever issues arose, Courteney was always quick to let us know and problem solve efficiently. Orchestrating a trip for two families, through Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka was no easy feat but everything went very well. We will definitely be getting in touch with Courteney again for our next holiday!

Japan holiday

Our holiday to Japan as organised by Courteney was as usual smooth sailing. We stayed one night on arrival in Tokyo before boarding on a Celebrity cruise for 12 nights and returned to Tokyo for a further 2 nights before flying home to Adelaide via Melbourne. All transfers were on time and our private tours with Jon in Nagasaki and Kochi were fantastic. Could not speak highly enough about him. Hope to meet him again one day.Last year she organised 3 weeks in Europe for us and I know we will be booking our next years holiday with Courteney again.

No Stress Amazing Trip

Short Notice Reunion Trip

Courteney organised a two week reunion trip to Europe for us and our family with 4 weeks notice. Even with last-minute changes happening on the day prior to departure all the connections, accommodation and organised events worked smoothly and efficiently. Accommodation recommended was well located and priced for what we required. All barriers were overcome prior to departure and all travellers returned home with gained experiences, renewed and new friendships thanks to Courteney’s persistence and experience.

Trips that run like clockwork

This is my second comprehensive overseas trip with Courteney. Canada and Alaska last year, South Korea and Japan this year. Courteney is the best there is. She works with you throughout your planning to ensure the perfect trip and she covers off on every moving part; planes, trains, ships, transfers, tours, events, tickets, insurance etc. She is conscious of your budget, has chosen excellent suppliers, and is fabulous at taking what you want to see and do and turning it into reality in a cohesive and detailed plan. Just brilliant responsiveness and flexibility, including great back up on your trip. Could not recommend Travel by Courteney highly enough.

One of the best trips yet!

This Japan trip was without a doubt one of our best travel experiences ever, Courteney made everything so easy to navigate and made brilliant recommendations across activities, locations and hotels. We had a seamless trip, and saw incredible sights of Mt Fuji, had a wonderful time at Disney, enjoyed incredible meals, animal experiences and accommodation that was affordable, clean and had amazing service. Travel to Japan – May – June 2024

Recently my husband and I went on an amazing holiday to Japan which we booked with Courteney at Arivo. What a great experience, there was no stone unturned and all details were so well explained. Courteney was genuinely excited for us to visit this beautiful destination for our first time and we could not have asked for better service. Our trip involved a 19 day walking / train holiday and we chose to add a few days either end of the trip to explore parts of Japan ourselves. With these additional days Courteney ensured that all options were explored and gave us so much information without making it overwhelming! The BEST travel agent I’ve ever worked with!

For years, i have worked with travel agents and I must say WOW! Courteney is something else, she organised our entire family trip to Europe – 3 different families / 3 different itineraries and everything went absolutely amazing.
